– Products delivery: Matley, except as provided in the next paragraph, is committed to deliver the goods to the address given by the customer in the purchase order, through the courier responsible for transporting them.
– Matley can not be held responsible for delivery mistake due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the compilation of the purchase order from the customer and can not also be held responsible for any damage occurring to products after delivery to the carrier for their transport as well as for delay in delivery attributable to the latter.
– Matley carries out deliveries all over the Italian territory and in the main foreign countries. Delivery is made by pony express, MailBoxes are not considered valid addresses for delivery.
– Products unavailability: Matley reserves the right to inform the customer for the possible unavailability of one or more of the products purchased, using the email address associated with your profile or your telephone number, within 10 days from the purchase. In this particular case, Matley will refund (using the payment card or Pay Pal account indicated by the customer for the purchase) the price and the shipping costs (if the purchase has been about the only not available product). Only in agreement with the customer and with the consent of the latter, exclusively on the proposal of the company, Matley may send a different product than you ordered that is of the same value.
The unavailability of one or more of the products ordered however will not attribute the customer the right to cancel the entire order.
– Promotions: Matley,during defined time intervals, develops promotional campaigns in order to promote the registration of new members in its newsletter service. Matley reserves the right to interpret the conditions of the promotions, to extend them by communicating it in the due ways and times, and to proceed to the exclusion of any participant to promotions in case of identified anomalies, misuses or unethical behaviors.
