Tie-ups ships to almost every country in the world. It guarantees shipments of the Products in all the countries that can be selected when confirming the online order, via express couriers selected from time to time according to the product ordered and the place of destination.
The Products are shipped by Tie-ups and delivered by the selected courier, to the address indicated by the customers at the time of registration or at a different address indicated at the time the Order is sent. HOW THE DISCOUNT CODE WORKS

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Matley S.r.l protects the buyer according to the legislation of 14 June 2014 which adapts Italian law to EU directive 2011/83/EC, in the event of Withdrawal these are the directives:
The customer who wants to replace the purchased product with a new product has 14 days from the date of receipt of the same to return the order and obtain the exchange of the purchased product for another product. The shipping costs for the return and the replaced item are charged to the customer.
The customer who wants to return the purchased item, always within the peremptory terms of the 14 days referred to in EU directive 2011/83/EC, has the right to reimbursement of the expense incurred.

By law the right of withdrawal cannot be applied to distance sales of made-to-measure or personalized goods, Matley S.r.l therefore reserves the right to evaluate the purchase order for which withdrawal is requested, in the case of personalized belts it will therefore be discretionary.
For all the products in the catalogue, however, after having communicated the desire to return the goods, the buyer will have another 14 days available to return the purchased products to Matley S.r.l: within these same 14 days Matley S.r.l will refund the amount paid by the buyer for the purchase, excluding shipping costs.

In all cases, returned products must be in their original condition, including packaging. All returned products will be inspected thoroughly.
The customer must ensure that the package is packaged carefully to prevent damage to the products.
If the products arrive damaged or not intact in all parts, Matley will not replace the product.
In the event of a defect, the consumer has the right to have the product replaced without shipping costs or to a refund of the expense incurred.
